UM I don't know I aint never heared of that some saying they smell like chocolate chip cookies is this someone else told you or is that to you thats how it smells .
I would suggest that if it bothers you or you partner go see a doctor explain to him or her whats going on and get it fixed however it don't sound to bad. Hey doesn't everybody like chocolate chip cookies anyways lol

Maybe you need a check for diabetes or something... are you sure you havn't left ant cookies up there- you might have just forgotton or something.

honey, i think there's some cookie dough stuck to your nose...its not your hoo-haa smell.
on a serious note, yeah, you should get checked for a yeast infection or STDs. if this smell is NOT normal for you (ie. you haven't had it for years), then its just safer to get it checked by your internist or gyn doc.

you may need to go see a doctor to be checked for diabetes. i know if smell fruity it is a sign of diabetic.
