and for sometime small pits(as hammered or I don't know what to say) and they appeared on all nails,and it looks very bad!Please help!

You might want to have your nails looked at by a professional, it sounds like you have a problem. You could possibly have a nail desease due to damage to either the nail itself or the nail root. I definately suggest having it looked at before you do anything to your nails.

Put a nail hardner on it, it will help make the nail stronger and it won't break then try a cute french manicure they come in a little kit of the white and pink nail polish and it will look great

Drink milk or take calcium and vitamin D supplements. Prenatal Vitamins would probably benefit you.

try using a nail strengthener....and avoid taking very hot showers..... or washing your hands with very hot water....it makes your nails brittle......

try nail strengthener first then try a polish that will nurish your nail so they grow.

rub garlic on them every night it will make them hard and pretty plus they will grow faster
