Instead of looking for cheap, look for credibility in those professionals. If you are starting a non-profit org, they may agree to lower their fees for you. It can't hurt to ask.

There definitely are cheap lawyers and accountants. The problem is, they are usually no good...

You get what you pay for and there is no such thing as a cheap lawyer.
