The skin around my elbows and knees is darker now after I tumbled down a staircase. That was like two years ago and I still can't get rid of the blotches. Doctors in Kuwait suck and cant give me good treatment. Any suggestions? I need help seriously.

P.S.: I have very sensitive skin

If your problem is a persistent bruise you can try to stimulate the circulation in the area by alternating Hot compresses and cold compresses. The hot causes blood to rush to the surface and the cold causes blood to rush away from the surface. Alternating with a 5 min. or so between both temperatures causes the blood/bruise to be carried away. Good Luck.
