Second Trimester is probably the best time to have intercourse. The baby is no longer in a critical development stage and the mother has pretty much adjusted to the hormonal changes, and started to feel good about herself (no more morning sickness, dizzyness, while the baby is still in a managable size.) Some even said the baby enjoyed the rhythmical rocking of his parents during love making. Just remember to keep it safe and less adventurous.

No, unless you are in a high risk pregnancy. Normal safe sex is fine during pregnancy. Some kinkiness is fine as well, but being careful is key.
If you are put on bed rest, or have any problems with the pregnancy, sex is no longer an option, however.

Not unless the woman experiences cramping, discomfort or bleeding as a result. Sex during pregnancy can be very enjoyable. My husband told me that I was even more "lubricated" during my pregancy.

No, definitely not. I have had 3 children and always had a healthy sex life throughout all of my pregnancies. My children are all fit and healthy. The penis (no matter how big) cannot reach that far. That is not the way our bodies are designed.

no, unless you are having a high risk pregnancy.
Your doctor will let you know that. If everything is good and you/ your partner feel up to it then go for it.

NOT AT ALL. IN SOME CASES IF A WOMAN IS OVERDUE, THE DOCTOR WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS CAN BE THE BEST LABOR INDUCER.
