Thanks.

The reason I didn't pick Allen is because it my brother's middle name and my son's middle name Joseph.

I actually like the names together, in either order!

Brett Ryan or Ryan Brett (I think this combo is best though).

Then make a strong first name and then put brett, ryan as the middle name like I did.

Michael Brett
Anthony Ryan

I'm not going to list any names but give some advice. This was told to me when I was trying to find names for my daughter. If the 1st name has 1 syllable then the middle name sounds good with a 2 or 3 syllable name. And vice versa. Good luck!

I honestly thought Brett Allen when I first saw your question, and noticed a lot of other people thought the same thing.

Ryan Christopher
Brett Michael

What style of names do you like? Traditional, modern, funky??

Christopher, William, Alexander,

Brett and Ryan are one syllable names so it is best to go with 2 or 3 syllable middle names

Honestly, I think Brett should be the middle name. Maybe Nicholas Brett??

Ryan screams all girl to me. Although most Ryan's are boys, I think of it as a girls name.

Ryan James
or
Matthew Ryan

I think it depends on your last name, but it seems to me a name with two syllables would sound the best with Brett and a name with one syllable would sound better with Ryan.
