I am 5 1/2 too. And I am so tired. I can't take naps during the day and I when I get home I have still have so much to do. And the headaches are getting really bad. I get them when I wake up in the morning till I go to bed at night, they get severe thru out the day. But mostly its constant. My doctor suggested drinking more water. My doctor pointed out that if I start to get blurred vision from the headaches that I should call immediately. So make sure you recognize any significant changes that come along with those headaches.

Your body is trying to cope with so much at the moment. The first 3 months of pregnancy are extremely tiring. Your body is 'making' your baby. The other 6 months, your baby is just growing, so this is the time that it's all happening.

Soon, you will feel more energetic. Rest when you can. It is ok to take mild pain killers when you are pregnant unless your Doctor has told you not to. They will help with your headaches, which are quite common.

Being tired early on is really normal. Your body is working so hard now.....it's like you're running a marathon or climbing a mountain!

Take a nap every day if you can or go to bed early.

As for the headache.....make sure you are staying well hydrated in this heat. Dehydration can give you a headache and it can also bring on contractions!

During the first trimester it is normal to feel tired, I would mention the headaches if they continue, the next time you see your doctor. You usually have more energy during the second trimester and then you go back to being tired during the third. Rest as much as you can, you need it, your body is going through a lot of changes.

Dont worry, this is completely normal! I kept headaches during my 1st trimester and I was very tired all the time. Just take a short nap, it may help. Hopefully your next trimester will be better! Good luck

Congratulations on being pregnant! yes, it is completely normal to experience headaches and fatigue during your first trimester of your pregnancy. Of course, there are other symptoms you can experience as well, including the dreaded morning sickness. Every woman is different in how they feel and how they carry their babies during their pregnancies. Make sure to put your feet up and get as much help from your spouse as possible.

This is normal. For me the first few months and the last few months were the hardest. When i was a few months pregnant i would wake up go to work then take a nap on my lunch break, go back to work then go home and go to bed. This eventually got better.

This is very normal so get used to it I am about 10 wks and I still feel this way. Try to get as much rest as you can. I have been nauseated, tired, bloated, and dizzy. This is normal.
