slutty = show a lot of skin so people would want to see more

It is better to leave much to be imagined than showing everything off. your body is the temple of God, so carry it with dignity. besides when you dress that way people dont take you serious.

Sexy in an inappropriate way is interpreted as slutty. It's wonderful to be sexy with someone you care for; it's slutty to be "sexy" with just anyone or worse, with EVERYONE. It's also a matter of taste; what you think is sexy may look slutty to an older person. Most adults think "less is more", meaning it's very sexy sometimes to leave something to the imagination, rather than putting it all out there for everyone to see all the time.

I am a female so I may be bad at answering this question but I shall try to do so anyways;)
You can be sexy without getting attention...for me I perfer not to go up to a guy and flirt with him...I have a more natural shy way of being sexy.
But with my best friend she will go up to the guy be a bit slutty when I personally don't see the point in doing so.
being slutty shows me your desperate for attention when I've never been much of a slut, I am just someone whom is open for chances and opportunities....there is a big difference. You don't have to be a slut to be sexy;)

Uh, no sexy doesn't mean slutty. Girls can be sexy and show a little skin without being slutty. Slutty is letting everything hang out.

sexy is all about the body language and the mind working together. a sexy woman has bedroom eyes that make you pay attention to her no matter what she looks like. a slutty woman will wear anything and depends on nothing else but the way she looks (which in most cases includes a whole lot of nothing) I myself am sexy, even though I am not the skinny long haired typical sexy woman. and I know I'm too sexy for my.......

Yes, there is a difference between sexy and slutty. You can show sensuality without offering services (or appearing to offer them) for payment. People don't go to strip joints looking for the girl they are going to marry. But it's fun when you can play around like that, but not all the time, who want's to walk down the street witha whore on their arm. It's always flattering to have a pretty girl on your arm that other people find attractive, but if they think she'll put out for them too, she's not sending the right signals.

slutty usually looks cheap.
Sexy people can be slutty and vise versa but the slutty people have sex. Some times the sexy people have sex too but not as often as the slutty people.

No, sexy does not equal slutty. Sexy leaves something to the imagination, creating desire, and slutty says "come and get it!" Catherine Zeta-Jones and Scarlett Johansson are sexy. Paris Hilton & Tara Reid are slutty!

Not the same thing. When you dress nice and you have a nice body and face, you are sexy. But you can be ugly as hell and dress like a bum and sleep around and that would make you slutty.
