Yep
The egg and sperm contain the DNA which is what determines race. Not who the baby was born out of.

I think most female mammals can be impregnated with human embryoes. If the mother surrogate belongs to a species with sufficient size, the human embryo might even come to full term.
I really don't want to hear about White women being impregnated with non-White eggs, or with her own eggs fertilized by a non-White father. Such things are nasty and disgusting on a moral, philosophical level.

I'm no scientist but I believe the child will develop based on the DNA from the Father and the original Mother who's egg was used.

The child will have the DNA that it got from the egg and sperm. A surrogate mother contributes no DNA to the child.

Nothing will happen to a woman if she gets an egg implanted from another woman. It takes a male sperm to fertilize.

Yes, it does. There have been lawsuits because of twins that were different races from the married couple who did IVF because the doctor used the wrong sperm to fertilize the egg.
