It's the Milky Way too - the density of stars in the middle is more - there are more stars in the middle - understood, since the milky way it self is rotating.

actually its a black hole, but you will not see it because there are thousands of starrs around it, and they are soo bright. But the black hole is slowly taking in the stars around it. All galaxies have a black hole in its centre but you cannot see it.
