No, because if this were true, then (a) we would have been able to easily measure this mass here on Earth, and (b) we would already be creating easily measurable amounts of dark matter here on Earth.

Photons DONT have mass. Why do people think that... Since it doesn't have mass, it therefore can't be responsible for the effects of dark matter that we observe.
