Cialis provides a more convenient (and therefore better?) effect than Viagra. Viagra takes 30 - 45 minutes to take effect, Cialis usually kicks in after about 10. Viagra frequently causes hot flushes, reddening of the face (but who's going to notice that in the midst of the passion....?). Viagra lasts about 3 hours, Cialis lasts for closer to 48 hours. I would not recommend taking either except under the supervision of a doctor.

Viagra or other artificial substances have negative side effects, instead you follow these steps for a healthy & natural life:
1.Correct breathing and body posture, you should count from 1to 6 while breathing in and 1to17 until you breath out.(after a while you will get use to it without counting the numbers).
2.Drinking about 4-8 glass of water per day.
3.Exercise.(Walking,etc).
4.Checking overall health.(Medical tests).
5.Prevention. Avoiding unhealthy drinks, food , and habits.

I would say that viagra is the most popular medication for treating erectile dysfunction and probably the best, but if someone doesn't want to take viagra I would recommend these other medications:

I always see commercials for Cialis and Levitra. I don't know if they work the same way as viagra though.

i lived in borneo with the local headhunters and there we use tonkat ali, look it up on the web, its for sale 9in eurpope at health shops, it supose to make it harder-longer.
another thing i have tried was some stuff from a tree that u have to rub on yr dick , but it just nums it ,so u go on forever en ever and ever its called gambir sarawak, its looks like hashis so i might get trouble with that stuf but it sure works

in holland and barrett there a health tablet called horny goat weed it sound nasty but it realy works it cost about $10 pound for 8 tablets it works i work in the shop and a lot of pple buy it,,,,
