about heart game ratings in yahoo?

In yahoo hearts games, when I win, sometimes 30+, sometimes 40+ ... adding to my ratings. I want to know the procedure how these ratings will be added or subtracted( when we win or lose).

points are based on opponets rate,,higher and u win =more points lower ratings -less points
