It's not pee, it the woman's own lubricant and juices. Some (freakish) women make more of it than others and it can squirt (or pour in some cases) out when they ***.
If I were you, I wouldn't try to achieve this accomplishment. Men don't find it appealing, they just like to see freakish sexual stuff in pornos, but not in real life. Trust.
