Often I begin to feel doubts in other people and friends. I am not sure if they are true to me or they just pretend. I also am not sure in myself anymore. What should I do?

After a particularly stressful or even traumatic event, the expereince becomes burnt into your brain and a sort of new reflex is created to prevent terrible things from happening in the future. I think the key to not letting this new reflex take over your mind is to be rational. Reflect on your way of thinking and discuss it with others to determine if your fears are irrational. Do you have evidence to support your suspicions or are they just manifestations of your fears? Also, you must accept that bad things will happen sometimes. People don't always do what you might want, inclduing yourself. The key is to seperate the real dangers from the imagined ones.

There is a constant fear of "losing control" within each of us, until we deal with the repressed issues within us that stimulate the fear of going out of control. When ones MIND reaches a level of operation that is near its capacity to monitor every thought one has, ones MIND begins to slow one down... and one way the MIND does this is by feeding thoughts to ones brain which cause one to back up, slow down, become caucious, distrustful, etc.

As soon as the MIND senses the threat to itself is gone, it will bring back all the delusional beliefs with which one is familiar. What you should do is go and see a really good movie.

trust yourself, your true feelings. this is very difficult cause humans are influenced to go against themselves and in turn against each other. try trusting peopele to do what they want and not what you want and you'll find it's easy to trust and avoid the pain of betrial. it's more difficult then it sounds.
