Two ways:
1. Attach a small straight board to a side of the board. Run the board through your table saw w/ the small board against the fence. When complete remove the board. now you have one straight side. Turn the board over so the straight side runs along the fence. When done you'll have two straight parallel sides. next attach the small board 90 degrees to a parallel side. Run again as in the 1st step. Almost there. Remove board. flip board over and repeat.
2. Build a sled for your saw. Many plans on line (Shopnotes is one.) Run the board on the sled.
If you only have one to do, # 1 should do the trick.

1. I assume you've confirmed it's Not square
2. using a framing square, start a line, then pop it with a chalk line, then free cut it on the table saw. you now have the best "straight side" you can have without equipment to make a "straight side"
3. I assume it's not precision or it would not be plywood.
4. what I've given you is good enough for cabinets

I think TJC's answer is a good solution to the problem.

DO NOT try to free hand cut on a table saw as suggested by Dulcrayon, to do so would risk the loss of body parts if not life itself!

only way I've ever done it is buy making marks on the wood with a chalk line measuring out the square and cutting it. I don't think I'm fully understanding your question though.

I think buying a table saw sled is much better solution than making it yourself. It will be more professional and cheap than your home made saw sled.

after measuring it square, get someone to help you control the push and pull on a level surface so you don't strain the blade or yourself. this could be dangerous if you try it alone.
