That is something out of our control sometimes those things happen. You can go on to have a healthy pregnancy just make sure your taking care of yourself, see the doctor and discuss your plans of wanting to have children and make sure that your body is capable of carrying a baby to full term. As far as a cute kid when you see your own child it doesn't matter what flaw they may have they will be the cutest kid in the world to you.

I am giving you advice on how to take precautions to have a healthy kid. The other stuff is left up to God and you and your mate's genes.

Take prenatal vitamins at least 3 months before you get pregnant. Don't stress most importantly. A lot of people have miscarriages because they stressou too much. Don't over work yourself for nobody. You can hurt yourself and your unborn child. Eat very healthy. Stay away from fast food and things with a lot of grease. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Eat a fruit salad in the morn for breakfast, for example. That is a good way to start your day off when you are pregnant.

In the mean time until then, please calm you self and relax. Don't work too hard. Your body needs time to heal. Wait a few months before you try again. I know you want a child. But please take my advice. I had a my first child and got pregnant with the second without giving my self enough time to recover and recooperate. I had a hard time. My body was more stressed and weaker than a usual pregancy because I did not give myself enough time to heal.

Don't stressssssss! is the most important thing. I have 3 kids trust me!

40% of pregnancies are miscarried- many people just don't know they were even pregnant, they think they just got their period, maybe a few days late. It is REALLY common to miscarry in the first 10 weeks, especially as early as 5 or 6 weeks.

I miscarried at 5 weeks, and got pregnant again 2 months later and had a normal pregnancy, wonderful birth, and healthy baby.

Some things I did to try to avoid miscarriage the second time: Take your pre-natal vitamins, drink red raspberry tea (or pregnancy tea), avoid any drugs and alcohol (of course), avoid caffiene. Two other things I did which may be old wives tales or not are not standing too close to a microwave when it's on, not drinking unfiltered tap water in California, and avoiding hot baths for the first few months of pregnancy.

Aside from taking those sort of precautions, there really isn't much you can do, just take care of yourself, listen to your body, and try not to stress out. Good Luck!

If you lost the baby (not the pregnancy) you should be fine once you have given your body time to heal, as long as there were no other complications. If you want a cute kid you need to hook up with a cute guy. It's all about genetics.

Are you sure you were definitely pregnant? You should

make sure that you don't have a medical reason why

you couldn't carry a child. Try to get enough rest and

relaxation; don't have a lot of sex right away.

You follow everything by the book during pregnancy and still have a miscarriage.

Miscarriage is just something that happens in life.
