You had the affair and now you want to sue her for being human. You ripped her heart out!!! I'm sorry about your injury, but gosh man, put yourself in her place. What would you have done???? Just give her a divorce and let her be free to find someone who will be faithful to her. She deserves it. Yeah, you can sue her, but it will NEVER take away the guilt of you cheating on her. NEVER. You will live with that for the rest of your life.

For one thing don't have sex outside marriage. When you take the vows of marriage learn to live with them. And for sueing her don't. That one thing that is wrong with America, we can sue anybody and nobody care anymore about each other. So grow up and be a man instead of the teenager you want to be by having affairs. You would probably win the case because we have to many crazy laws on the books for people who sue. For myself I don't believe in sueing anyone.. God does not want us to be that way.

Why would you want to sue her? Dud, you were unfaithful to her and not only that went above yourself to have intercourse with her knowing that you slept with someone Else. What did you expect. You pay to play the game and it sounds like you paid dearly. However the legal aspect of it, I'm probably sure you can sue her for punitive damages such as, trauma,and medical expenses but beware of public humiliation when you or if you go to court over this. Spot lite is going to be on you literally

Yes...you can successfully sue her and win. It is assualt (or battery in some jurisdictions). The reasons why she did it are immaterial. You can recover for pain and suffering and medical bills (if any).
However, you're still married to her, so, technically, you'll be suing yourself. Wait until you're divorced and afterwards, if the statute of limitations is long enough, sue her then.

You wont win the case b/c she can say it was an accident. Just get a divorce and screw the person you were with b/c if you really loved her and you wanted only her then that wouldnt have happened. You deserve it. Men like you are worthless. If you dont want to be with your partner before you screw someone else get a divorce.

I think you should just give her a divorce and go on with your life. You hurt her enough by cheating on her so don't hurt her anymore by sueing her. Just let it go and let this be a lesson for you to take into a new relationship.

I think that is a just and deserved punishment for you. Quit whining. Be glad she didn't bite the damn thing off. I think that is great and good for her!! Your injury will heal alot faster than the one you gave her by cheating.

When you cheated on her did you use protection? Maybe she could sue you for endangering her life by possibly giving her a disease. You got what you deserved.
