if someone uses a condom- they are being smart because they are preventing catching an std and preventing an unwanted pregnancy
if someone doesn't use one then they are liable to catch something and to be worrying about if they have gotten pregnant, if is better to just take the high road and just ask a partner to use one....

Big difference. You will get Aids if you not carefully. If you respect yourself and her. You will used it. Both of you need to get a checkup for STD including AIDS. I still will used a condom.

without a condom feels better because it's closer and more intimate. but you also have to have another kind of birth control otherwise it's just plain scary.

If you're not married then definitely a condom.
If you're married without is better.
