if they are not born in them months i wouldn't do it, if she compromises with her husband the names could go like this
Rakia June
Akia July
keeping the same intials she used with the first set of twins
December & September
would be the names i choose if i were naming my girls after months.
Alyssa & Ralyssa are good ones too.

Not choose any of those names, and find something else they can compromise on. If I may suggest names, Cambree, Lainee, and Aubree for first names.
