I know im the devil but i think this would save us alot of money , this is for these people that have been on welfare for 2 yrs + , that keep shooting out kids like its a freakin change machine and also for these foreign countries that we are helping who are starving to death and keep having kids , its absurd , and also i dont think we should give one red cent to another country untill theres food in front of every hungry child in this country , thats all , now let me have it

The problem lies only partially with the people. The blame should be put on welfare administration. Welfare, like so many
social(ist) programs sounded good, but government cannot handle such programs and do not anticipate abuses, then can't figure out what to do when it does recognize the problem.
The answer to any problem should NEVER be to take away freedoms. My/your freedoms may be next if we allow others to be taken away. The answer? Fix the problem. Stop the easy money. It is your money - if pay taxes. And it has created an undesirable segment of the population. States and counties have the ability to make their own rules that apply to welfare. It is time to write your local and state and federal representatives.
Be reasonable and respectful or they will not read it.
