Set yourself a sleep goal. I know it sounds funny, but it works. Say you set your goal to go to sleep at 11 P.M. and wake up at 7 A.m everyday. Then work activities around that schedule. For example, don't go to sleep until you've done that last thing, could be a tv program, talk to a friend, exercise anything like that. Do it without missing a day. To wake up use an alarm clock. Put it away from your reach. That way you have to get up and turn it off. Also have something else you have to do every moring when you get up. Exercise, tv program, drive someone to work, feed pet, anything. You will accustom your mind and body to a set schedule. Pretty soon you will wake up, before your alarm goes off, do to the fact that your subcontious is worried about taking care of that routinely thing that you do every morning. Keep yourself occupied throughout the day. If you work great, if you don't get a job, join a team, run errands, clean the yard or house, go for walks, etc etc etc.

You can reset your sleep/wake pattern by going to bed at 10 pm every night, getting up at 7am, and exposing yourself to bright light (sunlight is best) within 10 minutes of waking for a duration of 30 minutes. You must always continue to do this, but research has shown that within two weeks, you will have improved sleep quality and wake feeling refreshed. Hope that helps :-) You can also be tested for depression--it will cause feelings of fatigue and body aches.
