the best way to do this is turn it off and unplug the computer, take a butterknife and slide it in under the disk and and level it up with the entrance and then push down on your end slightly to put pressure on the disk on the inside and pull the knife out towards you - there may be irreversible damage to the disk or disk drive however - which if it's jammed - it's time to get a new one anyhow
- and it may only be the metal slide bar on the disk is bent - just try a different blank disk to see if it works or not

first of all push the button to exit the floppy disk if not then used some thin pin to remove the floppy but becarefull it may damaged ur floppy drive ok so be care full for removing the floppy bye good nignt

floppy jammed means in the floppy the aluminum sliding part is there...its may be somehow get struck...try to remove the floppy first and through twicer you can remove the aluminum plate

You can use Very Fine Needle Nose Plyers. That is what I usually use. You will need a paperclip or very small flat screwdriver to lift it up a little and then grab it with the plyers and pull it out.
