Grew up in Detroit, then moved to Madison Heights in grade school and now as an adult I live in Novi.
I love MI also, I am a water rat so this is the peeerrrfffct place for me! The Grand Travers area is the most beautiful place on earth, that's why they call it God's country.

Port Huron obviously from my Yahoo Answers name. Grew up in the Shelby/Utica area and have lived a couple other places (all in Michigan) as well. Where in the world is Martin? Thought I knew pretty much every place in Michigan. Oh, between the Kzoo and Grand Rapids- guess I learned something today. Hey NYMan, what's new- I'll e-mail you later; was just kind of in your old stomping grounds this morning. Hi Marine City as my closest "neighbor" and everywhere else. As for Detroit being the best damned city in Michigan, I honestly try to be fair about Detroit (check my answers) but that's a stretch; most would say Detroit is Michigan's most damned city instead.

Grand Rapids, MI! Love it. Been to 38 states, and always love returning home to MI. From Northern Michigan originally. If you have never been up by Charlevoix, MI, you are missing out!
