Could be many things, but don't listen to the answers you get on this site, go to the doctor.

To begin with, it could be as simple as needing glasses.
Could be diabetes.
Could be high blood preasure
But the last thing to start worrying about is brain tumors.

Get your butt to the doctor for some tests, that is the only way to be sure.

Get to a doctor immediately.

It could be anything, from needing (new) glasses to a Brain Tumor.

While it is probably not that serious, get examined at once, because in the slim chance that it is something serious, time is your greatest enemy. Every day that you delay can cause serious complications down the road.
