Breath out during dibving and swimming, slowly. It keeps any water from going up your nose. It is hard to learn at first, I used to hold my nose and swim with one arm! I finally learned and now it is like second nature.

whenever your nose gets under the water start breathing out through your nose and continue until your nose is out of the water and use your mouth to breath in. it will come naturally after a while.

Breathe in through your mouth and out through your nose (slowly). I usually keep a 5-3 count stroke and breathe slowly out through my nose by counting to either of those numbers. Also breathe out through your nose during a flip turn (or else it will burn)!
