I decided to buy a HUD house. But there is some 6 types of Violations on it. Can I buy that?

Some of my friends told me that it'll not a problems. You would ask a memo when you closed the house and use to clear the violations. How would I clear this violations when I bought the Hud home?

Just fix them.Wheather you want to or not should fit into your assesment of the homes value.

I had over 10 violations on mine. I had no choice but to fix them myself because I had already purchased when I found the violations. There are like 5 fire hazzards in the electrical workings of my house. Oy...I guess it's just something you learn to deal with.
