My sister wants to be a Rx ,but she has felony coviction for "fudersary use of funds" it was like 3 years ago, she still 3 years until she recieves her undergradute degree. Then on th Rx school, does anyone know if she even has a chance. Other than that she has no other issues, she has a 3.8 gpa, works part-time and does community service on Saturdays. Any advice would help.

Any felony conviction keeps you out of the pharmacy, so no she does not have any chance in getting a job after studying. Now she can work in research and creating pharmaceuticals.

An Rx is a prescription dude. She want's to be a bottle of pills or do you mean RN? As in Registered Nurse?

I don't think a hospital will hire her now. The best thing he can do is become like a hospice worker or work at a nursing home.

If she was a minor, she could have her records sealed and then she could work at a hospital w/ no problems.
However, if she was an adult when she commited the felony, I think she's SOL.

I don't think she's going to have a snowball's chance getting a job as a Pharmacist as a convicted felon.

It depends on the state that you live in b/c in the state of KY, you can not work in any setting where you take care of patients (hospital, etc.) if you have any type of theft on your record; it includes bad checks that you have went to court over. I do wish her luck though.
