There are different factors for everyone. You can figure out your bmi at these site. The 1st is for children, the 2nd is for women. Offcourse, bmi is just a calculation, only your doctor can tell you if you are normal weight. Factors like muscle, and being more mature than others may effect it. If you have more muscle or something like that, your bmi calculation will be off. Ask your doctor. Bmi is only to give you a calculation.

Depends on your build, but a rule of thumb is 100 pounds for the first five feet of height and then five pounds for every inch thereafter.
