I say yes........you seem to have not complications. As far as making it more comfortable make sure you have a soft pillow a blanket in case you get cold on of those battery operated hand held fans in case you get hot. Make sure you have plenty of water because it is very hot outside. Last but not least have something to do so you wont get bored.

As long as everything is okay. Traveling isn't a problem. I lived in Oklahoma and would travel by car to Wisconsin. It's and 18hr trip. I was 4months, 6months and 7months. I felt just fine. and now have a healthy 19yr old.
As long as you take care of yourself and make sure that you pack all the things that you need.
Bringing snacks and drink. A pillow or something for behind you back helps. All that sitting can make you uncomfortable. I would have to stop more often to get out and stretch my legs.

I'm also preparing for and 18 hr trip in a few days and I talked to my Dr. She told me that I had to stop every two hours approx and walk a little or strech myself for 5 to 10 min because there can be problems related with blood coagulation (because we are gonna stay seated for a long time) and that can interfere with the circulation of blood. Also stay hydrated and you'll be fine, enjoy your trip and congrats on your baby

If you're driving, good luck! That will be one LONG trip.
There's no reason not to. I went on vacation at 3 months...no big deal. But, I'd recommend flying.
Sitting in a car for 17 hours can't be comfortable or convenient (how often will you have to stop and pee?).

I would check with the doctor just to make sure that everything is okay. Four months; you should be okay. Are you driving? If you are make sure you bring some pillows to make the drive more comfy. Also make sure to stop and take some stretching breaks along with pee breaks. You should be fine! But double check with your doctor...

you should be fine just make frequent stops for bathroom and rest depending on how long you are going to be going but if you have a doc appointment around the time that you plan on being gone then you need to ask your OB/GYN

in case you travel, make sure that you have a 10 minutes break every 2 hour. walk around and stay upward position for blood circulation.
have fun.

Consult with your OB doctor and see if it is OK and he or she can make suggestions on how to make your trip comfortable.
