I know only two: English and Portuguese. But the important is that I intend to learn many others while I live.
Never stop to search for a new knowledge.

I'd say I only fluently speak one - English. However I figure I'm halfway fluent in Spanish if the person speaks slow enough...
And I can say "I love you, my little sea turtle" in sign language.
