I wouldn't want to know because I would be devastated if it was too soon. Although I must say I would want to know so that way I could possibly dodge death. However I watched my father for 5 months his health declined everyday as he sat knowing he was going to die very soon from cancer (literally within months). He took it very well actually because he was a macho old school type although I knew it bothered him because he probably felt unfulfilled. He did make sure we all spent time with him and told us what he expected out of life from us. It was terrible watching him go from my father to hearing call the funeral home to come pick up the body and let the hospice know we need them to sign the paper to release the body! I am about to start balling now.

no cause living life to the end that is the journey. its like reading a book you read up to the end. if you know the ending why bother reading the rest of the book. Its getting to the end that matters not the end result.

Well, I myself t hougth about this especially when Final Destination came out. I thouht to myself - it'd be great becuase we would know how much time we would have to live our lives to the fullest. And part of me would not liek to know because it would be like living to die. If that makes sense. The thing about life is that we never know what's going to happen or when... that's what makes life worth living. If it's predictable, its not called life, its called routine-based time on earth.

That would be great... I won't go changing it, i'd just know how much time i have so i can experience everything... as, fo example, if im dying tomorrow, id send the tax collectors a picture of my ( a s s ), put a public advertisment insulting bush!

Ohhhhhhhhh no way... that would take the fun out of living. I would probably be thinking up ways to avoid my future death and bring it about in a "Final Destination" freakish way with my luck. Yeah don't need the added pressure of that... got enough on my plate as it is.

Done it once. It's as peaceful as going to sleep. I was in a coma at the age of three. And yes, I remember the whole thing.
