I really like this site. They have a ton of downloads, tutorials, hacked objects, and themes. Their latest theme is simstone... it's like the flintstones but for sims2. Their themes are better than the addon themes from maxis (looking for that lightning bolt coming to strike me down). Here is a link for the site, you need to register to download from there... but it is a free registration.
