Probably not. A standard wireless router for home use won't give you enough signal strength to pick it up and to use it to browse and surf the internet. That's assuming she is broadcasting a wireless network connection.

You don't need a wireless router to pick up the signal. The router (actually it's the wireless access point built-in to the router) broadcasts the signal. If you have wireless, make sure that your friend is broadcasting the SSID (the name of his/her wireless network) and see if you can connect to it. If not, you might want to try a wireless network extender of some kind. This website has some products that may work: http://www.cantenna.com/ or you can build your own.

You won't be able to get the connection from that far away, even with an antenna.

My neighbor has cable and I have cable w/ 3 wireless connections. She catches my connection off and on. A little box appears showing she has a connection through my router on her pc. Her pc is 25 feet from my router and modem with 2 block walls and alot of grass in betweeen and her connection is LOW.

She disconnected her service and tried it with mine alone but because the connection is low at 25 feet, it probably wouldn't work for you.
