Put an add in the paper or join a church group.

edit: also you could put the add up at local highscool or college. Early childhood Education students make great babysitters.

go to the local middle school/high school and talk to the Honors/AP teachers (their students are the ones you want). Leave your number with the teachers and tell them to talk to their students. You can also talk to the counselor and see if they know anyone. Most offices will have a bulletin board that posts local jobs for teens, you can also put one there.
