as long as you are honest you can say anything turned around. ex. I have learned alot from you (wether it's to stay away)
sending you memorable moments to another year of growth(like maybe you will change)
anything will work just move your words around.lol

Do you really need to send a birthday card to this person? I would not if I didn't like them. If you have to send one, buy one that already has the pleasantries writen in it or write a simple Best Wishes for you on this day- Happy Birthday from Joe's Candy Shoppe.

Why do you feel you need to get somebody you don't even like a card? First, think about that!
If you still feel you must, then just get a simple card and sign your name. You don't have to put any of your own words on it. That would be insincere. I'm not sure I'd even waste my time/energy/money getting a card for someone I didn't like.
