hey same problem, there isn't anything that can really cure it. you can get certain sweat glands removed but that means surgery!! apart from that i saw on a hospital program much that you can have this vibration thing done to your hands to calm the sweating - but if its just on your face try to keep cool, fan yourself and drink water as sweating more =dehydrating! good luck!

I’d had excessive sweating for over 2 years, and finally found relief in this natural remedy http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net
These two years were probably the worst time to be sweating because I was just starting middle school and trying to be cool and fit in, just like the other insecure kids. However, unlike most of them, I came home each day with huge sweat circles that would start early in the morning when I got dressed and got worse and worse throughout the day. Not anymore! I am so thankful for that remedy.

You may need to "flush". Drink lots of water, clean out your colon. Toxins in your body may be coming out in the form of pimples. Make sure your pores aren't clogged, use a gentle scrub. Don't know what to tell you about the sweating, some poeple use botox, but I don't know how this would help your face. My bf sweats alot too, and had bad acne when we first met. Try keeping your face free of hair too-no beards, mustaches, sideburns...

Rinse your face as often as you can with hot water first followed by cold.

The hot water will open the pores so that the contaminates can be washed away.

The cold water will close the pores reducing the chance of them be contaminated.

Try not to use too much soap on your face as it can aggrevate your spots.

Sweating can be caused by lack of fitness or diet so work out and eat healthier (If you are not already)
