She had a conversation with that parent and the school director sat in to discuss the childs behavior. From that she has been getting phone calls and written messages basically harrassing her and questioning her role as a teacher.

First I would report this to the principal and if nothng happens I would request the student be transferred out of my class and then I would contact the local authorities and get a protection order against the parent of the stundent. As a teacher your friend should not have to go to work worrying about parents harrasing them, they should e protected from this type of harrassment.I wish your friend the best.

She needs to tell her superiors and make them aware of the situation; keep all messages, recorded or written as evidence and contact the police. She could possibly have a restraining order placed on this person.

She needs to keep a log of the phone calls and messages. It needs to be documented because if she contacts the police, they are going to ask her to do this anyways and she might as well start documenting now. That really sucks that she's getting that sort of treatment. Good luck to her.

I would turn the parent in to the authorities and tell the school director I have done so. She has that right.
