I have been using Instant Messaging for many years... I started with PowWow, and ICQ. I have used Yahoo, AIM, MSN Messenger and others... Now I use a software package called "Trillion" that allows me to communicate with all of the different types with one app. No more multiple contact list, no more waiting for multiple apps to start up when I login to Windows.
