I am German in USA and I love Italian People, especially the pretty women that look like your AVATAR.

All of my best friends are Italian.
Not really, anymore, but in school they were, with 1 Armenian thrown in. And of course, me, the Jewish girl. This was on Long Island.
I think Italians are generally good-looking (they look Jewish, only even better), and I think they have a high proportion of sexy men. I like NY Italians. I like their manner. I love Italian opera.
As to those who say people are people, well yes, we are all human beings but I think it is PC simplification to ignore the fact that culture at least, and probably genetics play a role in what we are like.

Hmmm.. in the mid west of US I haven't had the opportunity to meet many Italian people, but I think they are the same as any other people, some are good and some are bad.

I have never been to italy but I meet italians traveling and they always seem to be up for a good time, very cool people.

On a serious note... Italians are just like any other nationality...they are people.
Superficially.... Italian men are HOT!!!

There aren't that many western stereotypes about Italians.
Some of the minor ones include:
- too many hand gestures
- like pasta
- invented pizza - yeah!
- you make wine right?
- do you wear a lot of loose clothes?
