Don't do it. Don't follow the crowd of all the other idiots that have tattoos and look ridiculous. In 20-25 years, you are going to look at it all faded, wrinkled, and lost shape and you are going to ask why did I get this stupid thing?

As far as body part...arm or chest I think, my husbands arms are full. As far as tattoo artist...The Tattoo Shop in Sioux Falls, SD by Bob Miller...he is the best.

I like the upper arms, you can show them off or hide them depending upon what sort of shirt you wear, for instance I hide mine for work but show them off on nights out (I paid £90 for one of them, it needs to be shown off!).
Chest and back tattoos can look cool but they're harder to show unless you just take off your shirt, but then you need the body for that and the weather needs to be warm enough.
Leg tattoos... personally I don't like them, depends how much hair grows on your leg and what you want really!
Talk to a tattooist, they have plenty of hints and tips on that sort of thing, after all it is their job ;)
