Sprinkle Black Pepper around. Dogs don't like the smell and it makes them sneeze. I've used blood meal. Sprinkle it in the grass. Animals are repelled by the smell of blood. its good for your grass also.

I sympathize with you. I have tried everything but nothing worked. Until....I sarting calling the dogs to me , tying them up calling the dog pound to come get the. Once the owner has paid a few times to bail out his dog he will keep him home. We have a Leash Law here which requires dog owners to have there dog chained up, fenced in or otherwise under control. No walking dogs without a leash or under voice command.

Put up a fence was my first thought. Do you know where the dog lives? If yes, scoop the poop and return it to the dogs yard. If the dog's owner sees you and asks what you're doing. Tell them it belongs to their dog and you wanted to return it. Or you could do what Jim Carrey did in "ME, MYSELF, and IRENE"... His neighbor's German Shepherd (I think it was) kept pooping in his yard. So he returned the favor one morning. He drank his coffee, read the paper, and did his morning business while squatting in the neighbor's yard.

Call the pound or put out poison. Either one will stop the dog. If you live in a neighborhood, report them to the neighbor association because they usually have rules about dogs.

I hear there is a technology that allows you to place a little box at the end of your property. When a animal crosses it, it send out a screeching sound that only dogs can hear. The dogs hate this sound and will avoid it at all costs.

hello, there is a pellet type stuff, can't remember the name, that you sprinkle on your yard. I used it for my dog, so she wouldn't go in a certain part of my yard. It really works. You can get it at Rural King, Walmart, Menards, Lowes.
