because a lot of thers song's lyrics get pretty weird and they start singing about stuff in the bible and all so I was wondering!

the answer is no. It is true that a lot of their material comes from the bible. thats where they get their information, because all of the members went to catholic school. even though 2 of them got kicked out.

Does that matter?? Anyone can be a Satanist, and you would never know. Satanism isn't what you see portrayed in movies -- those are for the ignorant people who don't bother to look into Satanism and see what its about.
If a band member is a Satanist, does this mean you won't like them? Does it mean that you won't listen to them? Does it mean anything at all?
Do we ask, "hey is Panic! At the Disco Christian?", or do we even bother to ask, "hey is Mariah Carey a Satanist?"
Think about the label that you are giving a band or person for that matter? If someone prefers to worship a rock, tree, supreme being or alien, does that give us the right to question and label their beliefs?

well to the ppl below me..i would care very much if they were satanist, because its something that is very important for me! to know and i dont ask the question whether mariah caey is satanist because she has nothing in her music that makes me wonder if she is! avenged sevenfold on the other hand has lyrics and song titles that are from the bible and they make me wonder whether they are making fun of it or not...and i take my religion very seriously and im not going to disrespect it by listening to music that makes fun of it! but if they dont then i wouldnt mind listening to them but it was just a question from a curious person!

to the chick who answered below me *claps* i couldnt have said it better... i just chewed a guy out cause he thought that AFI and gothic rockers were satanic.
