I really have two awesome ideas for show like comedy and reality shows. where do i go without having someone steal my idea. how do i find a director or producer. where do i tell my idea basically

Oh dear, you really are out of the loop. You don't just find a director or producer for your "awesome" ideas. Hollywood is loaded with people who have awesome ideas and most are starving. Show biz is a business of connections (who you know, not WHAT you know). You need to start at the bottom (script writing classes, a lot of study); you need to prepare "treatments" of your "awesome" ideas and find an agent. I think judging from your question, no one is going to steal your ideas. I think you need a bit of a reality check, too.
