I don't think my boyfriend would enjoy seperate vacations (he's a bit more clingy than I am, hehe), but in my opinion, I don't see anything wrong with it. Everyone needs time with their friends that is beyond meeting up for dinner. As long as you're not going to worry about each other's whereabouts (aka don't have trust issues), and are not having seperate vacations to get away from each other (in that case, I would imagine your problems are bigger than seperate vacations), I would say go enjoy yourselves and take a lot of picture to show each other at the end of the week!

No that is not common of two people in love to want to take seperate vacations from each other. I love spending time with my honey and I like to be around him. I think that you should definetely consider a divorce to because you are not in love with her at all by the sound of things. You should start fresh if you don't have children and find someone that will be more compatible with your personality. That is the main thing to look for in a lifemate companion where as with a fling you just go by looks. Good luck!!

There's no shame in not going on A vacation together. You need time with the boys, and she times with her girls. It doesn't mean that she loves you any less. Sometimes you both need to stretch your legs and have a reason to fall in love with her all over again.

i don't see a problem with it. my wife and i take separate vacations. she gets 5 weeks and i get 2. she goes away with her girlfriends to places i would never go to. this good for her because she gets to see Oprah and crap like that than we go on vacation together when I'm off work.

Yes,don't look into it to much. Unless your relationship has been tainted in the past. Then there is a reason to worry.
