if you have a check into cash loan ? and unabel to pay them in mo. will they prousacute you like thier. and your on ssi and cant aford to pay them. what should i do ? just wanted to know since i wrote a check to them and the bank acount is closed???

why would you need a loan when you just said you have enough to get a car i still dont see your problem, you turn the cash into a certified bank check then go back an buy the car

Im sure they do dude. You shouldve read all the fine print. The cash loans arent meant to be taken lightly. First of all it will totally f*ck your credit up. Im sure they can press charges. And probably do.

I'm sure they will turn it over to collections at least, if not sue you outright. That's how places like that make their money. At least they don't have guys to come out and break your legs or anything....Well, I hope not, for your sake....

why shouldn't they prosecute you? you agreed to repay the loan you received.and besides the government is the only people who can steal money from people and get away with it

you could be prosecuted for writing bad checks, and bank fraud
punishable by jail time
