Gosh, this has got to be boring to read because most everyone is saying the same thing! I would pay off my and my family's bills, tithe to the Church, do what I've dreamed of doing my whole life; help children around the world and still be able to support my family. Ahhh...thanks for taking me away from reality for a few seconds! :)

I'd probably give most of it away, I can spend a lot of money on myself but I'd be fine for the rest of my life with a million, I could put just a million alone in the bank and live off of the interest alone much better than I am already, so I guess I would have another 99 million to share with other needy people, and actually compared to truly needy people I think I have it pretty good right now, so I would do my best to make the world a better place, I have always wished I had the means to make a difference and I finnally would have that

I'd build a small dream home on a 100 acreas on an Hawaiian Island within sight of the water for my husband, daughter and I. I'd set up a trust fund for my daughter so she would never have to worry about money. I'd buy all the animals that I've ever dreamed of owning. I donate 1 million to UGA's vet school. My husband, daughter and I would drive a new car every year. I would deposit the remainder in a bank account and live off the interest and never touch the principal and hope that I live long enough to enjoy my new found wealth! They say you can't buy happiness, but who are "they"?

I would pay off all my bills (less than $5,000). I would put $5 mil each in trusts for my daughters to be able to receive at 26 years old. I have 2 (14 &11). I would build each of my parents (divorced) their dream home and give them $1 mil each. I would give each of my brothers (2) $1 mil for personal and $1 mil for their own business. One is a truck driver and the other is a barber. I would give my sister the same. She is an educator. I would donate various amounts to different charities. I would donate $2 mil to the development of my hometown which is a small rural county. I would give $250,000 to the school in my hometown and tell them to do a memorial hall or something to my best friend who died of breast cancer a few years ago. RIP Jessie. I would publish my poetry and my book that I am writing. I would get a good investment advisor and make a few investments. I would put $10 million in the bank for me and my girls. I would definitely ball out with shopping and travelling. Also, I would produce my niece who is an aspiring singer. She sounds angelic. I would make sure that she gets marketed correctly. Oh yeah, in the businesses that I give my siblings money to start, I would be a silent partner with a 15% interest. My money would make more money. I'd also donate $100,000 to the local chapter of the Boys and Girls Club. My daughter has gone there for several years and it has been a wonderful influence in her life. I have 3 half brothers from my father's second marriage and I'd give them $250,000 each for them to receive at 21. (14, 11, 6)

I would buy a Victorian house. I would also make sure that everyone in my family had a home and a decent car(what would good about having nice things if your family didn't). I would also take all my grandmothers grandchildren(and there a lot of us) to Toys R Us for a shopping spree, because that is her dream and I would love to honor her that way. I would also donate a community center to my town, as there is not much for the kids to do around here. I would also build a homeless shelter in this area as there is not much assistance for the needy in my area. If there was any left i think i would take my husband and children on a 2 week cruise. I have given this much thought, if you cant tell. But hey, who does it hurt to dream. The reality is that more than likely I'm not gonna ever be rich with money. But I got it going on when it comes to being blessed with love.

Give 10 million to my dad who's always wanted to win the lottery. Invest about 80 million of it to support myself while writing.
Buy a house on the Dalmatian coast, a scooter, and a horse and start training.
Give money to all my friends who are short of cash and have helped me when I've been short, and never ask for it back.
Give about half a million to a tiny center that helps PTSD victims near Vukovar in former Yugoslavia.
Volunteer. If I don't have to work, I can just do all the things I've wanted to do without being an issue.

First I would be beside myself. I'd cry. I would set up trust funds to take care of my family. I would set up a trust fund so I could live comfortably as I am now - I would not live larger than I am now.
The remaining money I would set up trusts to pay for charitable agencies that are helping less fortunate or abused children. Children do not have the means that adults have and someone must advocate for them. I would assist in all humanitarian charities.... leaning towards the elderly and our children.
Wow, what a great question. Makes one think for certain.

I would make sure my family was comfortable and then give it to medical research especially targeting Complex Regional Pain Syndrome/Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. My husband has suffered with it for 7 years and there aren't many doctors who know how to treat it. Right now it's progressing much faster than expected and all they give him are pain killers and valium. Very depressing!! We live in New Mexico and most of the research is done in the Midwest and East, and we don't have the resources to go there to try to get some help.

i would take it to the people. not from a agency that is uncaring and must meet criteria. i would give it directly to the people. most of the time a person can tell when someone else really needs help. my mission would be to improve someone life and to help all i could. i would be a little selfish and build me a house which i have wanted all my life. then all the rest would go to help my fellow people. i have known people all my life who could not git ahead for one reason or another. these are the people i would help. go to home less area's and distribute fresh food. help someone else for my help is in heaven. you see I've been poor most of my life as far as money goes, but i have been very rich in God. we all have dreams and this would be a dream come true for me. I've always wanted to be able to do something to help show God's love and i guess this is the best way i can think of.
blessed be,
Elizabeth
