ndmindia is a good source. as stated above. The UNDP also does a lot of work related to disaster management in India. Infact some of their training to local villagers helped saved a number of lives in a village in Nagapattinam ravaged by the Tsunami in 2004. http://www.undp.org.in/DMVR.htm
