signs your period is on its way...?

ok ladies [or qualified guys who can help]

for an irregular girl like myself what are the physical indicators that your period is on its way?

in terms of temperature, discharge, weight loss/gain etc

My back always starts hurting a few days before,I get irritable,sometimes upset stomachs, bloated,& my breasts get tender.

I was really irregular, and the surest sign for me was more emotional than physical. I'd be really sad for no reason, in a hugely crying kind of mood...and the next day, wham! Period.

In terms of temperature there will be a slightly increased (but not febrile) with thick discharges and no changed in weight.

i always get hot flushes, more discharge than normal, a bloated looking stomach and i get lower back ache for about 2/3 days before my period is due

Right boobs swelling, painful, bloated stomach, maybe using the toilet alot, headaches, emotional, pains, hot flushes, discharge usually gets heavier then turns red.

back hurts. your stomache may hurt or get bloated. you may feel like not eating all that much or for some people you get really hungry all the time. you feel hotter than usual. maybe a headache and you just dont feel like doing much. hope this helps. good luck.

well ur periods, its a sign wen you get them.

sign 1) bad aches like head aches stomach aches

sign 2) you get white liquid or stuff

sign 3) blood cums out
