Why is it that 100% of all congressmen/Govt is supporting Israel while people/UN die&the world hates USA?

Lebanon had a democratic Govt made up of Christians, Muslims and Hizbullah. The Govt was in the process of reigning in the Hisbullah who have been fighting against the Israelies for 25 years. I wish we had stopped Israel on the first day of the attack. Now all is lost and the people will support the Hizbullah more.

Israelis are civilised; Hizbollah are savages incapable of negotiation or tolerance of other cultures.

Hizbollah started the aggression by sending rockets into populated areas without even aiming at anything. Had they targeting military installations, that would be more easily understood but that is not what they did. They also use human shields and shoot missiles from people's homes knowing the Isrealis target the lauch points with 500 pound laser guided bombs. Then the Hizbollah show the corpses and blame Israel for the violence. It is so shallow only a moron would fall for it (remember half the people have an IQ below 100).

Hizzbollah is sick, a blight to humanity. If they re stupid enough to set off a bomb in the US they will learn about "Carpet Bombing". Like a parasite, they have imbedded themselves into their host, the Lebanese, and do not care if the Lebanese are wiped out. They will just find another host.

Lebanon was supposed to deal with Hizbullah on its own. It failed to do so. So Israel took it upon itself to deal with them. It appears that they don’t care about collateral damage. On the other hand neither dos Hizbullah.

Also keep in mind that Israel is probably the most hated country in the world. The USA is likely the second most hated country in the world, because it continues to support Israel. Why? That is simple. During WW II many Jewish people fled Europe to the USA. As a result, Jewish people have a lot of voting power in the USA. Voting power carries clout.

As a result of this voting clout, the USA supplies Israel with 10 billion in free high-tech weapons every year. It supplies Israel’s enemies with no such weapons.

Also keep in mind that corporate America wants a cheap place to outsource American jobs. Don’t you know that AT&T, Hughes, and various companies have outsourced American engineering jobs to Israel? Many people, in congress own stock in those corporations. Thus, they vote to protect their vested interest in such corporations.

Anyway, if the USA would keep its millitary out of it, and let Israel settle its differences, life would be much better. Israel made friends with Egypt. Israel can do so with many other countries if they cared to do so.

The Saudis asked the USA to use its clout to negotiate with Isreal and Lebanan. I only hope this is successful so everyone can live in peace. It hurts me when anyone has to die. It makes no difference if they are Jewish, Musilim or whatever.

I agree, but politicians do what is politically expedient. Anyone in the public eye in America that speaks out against Israel is immediately labeled anti-semetic, a tough label to break. They also lose any funding from Israeli political lobbies like AIPAC, and thats a lot of money.

i disagree with you these peoples was not even near of being rain in as you say. why would they kidnap a Israeli solderer if they wanted peace . no they wanted this to happen but they didn't think that Israel would take it this far so it was the idiots on the other side who Miss calculated this war
